Many items are custom manufactured or specially ordered. Customers should inspect products and promptly report concerns through the contact details below. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The Banga Furniture & Drapes SMS program sends a thank-you-for-visiting message after an in-person showroom interaction and customer-care replies you request. Messaging consent applies only to Banga Furniture & Drapes and does not authorize unrelated third parties to contact you.

Typically one thank-you-for-visiting message may be sent after the in-person interaction; customer-care message frequency otherwise varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchase. Customers who wish to receive the message verbally agree during the showroom visit or sale, and that choice is recorded in our separate internal system. Providing a telephone number, accepting these general terms, or making a purchase alone is not treated as SMS consent.

Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance, email bfd@hotmail.ca. Opt-out requests may take a short operational period to process, but no promotional or automated messages should be sent after suppression is active. A final confirmation or legally required service communication may still be delivered where permitted.

Carriers and delivery networks may delay or fail to deliver messages. Delivery is not guaranteed, and participating carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Keep your mobile number current and do not opt in a number you do not control.
